About

It’s funny: we got our start as acquaintances because our weddings were originally planned for the same date. We would get together and chat about our upcoming events and prepare for the big day. Here we are, almost five years later– just two girlfriends who are talking about events, creativity + style, and all things close to our hearts.

Life is hard and messy, but it can be full of whimsy and joy if you make time to let the good things in. There is joy to be found in the mundane, familiar routine. We like to celebrate the big moments of life – and they should be celebrated – but we want to help you notice and enjoy the little moments, too.

Stay wild!

Hey! I’m Marrissa and that’s my husband, Matt. We were married on the beach a little over 4 years ago and we spend our days by the water here in the beautiful mountain state. I love festivities and doing fun things, and I’m always thinking of how I can add a little more whimsy to my every day. I enjoy making custom chalk art in my spare time. Jesus, flowers, open windows, wise words, hats, ocean views + creativity are my cup of tea, even though I prefer coffee.

I’m Amanda! That’s my husband Evan and our wild toddler, Owen. We met 8 years ago when Evan was in a band; he stole my heart singing “Wagon Wheel” up on the stage. We got married in 2011 and its been an adventure ever since. I’m changed by the love and grace of Christ and live to share how He fills my heart with possibility. Before becoming a momma, I was working in the fast lane and traveling for my job. Learning to slow down and live in this season has been my greatest life lesson + a total work in progress.

Outside of the The Wild Revival, I work in PR and enjoy being creative in my down-time. I have a huge passion for bringing people together around a table.
